With over 60 designer brand stores, Outlets North Phoenix is consistently at the top of the itinerary.&nbsp;ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Maintains all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance</li><li>Ensures food court area is clean, empty trash, wash windows, doors, clean floors and cleans spills.</li><li>Collects dirty food trays and re-distributes them to the food court restaurants.</li><li>Maintains a safe and clean work area in all custodial storage areas.</li><li>Sanitizes all tables and chairs and maintains the proper placement of all tables and chairs.</li><li>Operate floor scrubber and cleaning companion machine.</li><li>Maintains the proper placement of food court tabletop advertisements.</li><li>Supports the maintenance staff as directed by the General Manager.</li><li>Ensures cart is fully stocked at the beginning of the shift.</li><li>Assists customers as appropriate, always maintaining a positive friendly and helpful attitude.</li><li>Maintains working knowledge and familiarity of all safety and emergency procedures established for the Center.</li><li>Performs all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Outlets North Phoenix&nbsp;is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion. Full-Time Custodian

Outlets North Phoenix is seeking a&nbsp;Full-Time&nbsp;Maintenance Tech (M1).&nbsp;The M1 job is in charge of carrying out tasks that maintain the property's integrity and worth while offering our clients, tenants, and staff a secure, well-kept environment. The M1position arranges and carries out daily maintenance duties, preventative maintenance tasks, and other responsibilities under the general manager's supervision without excess direction.&nbsp;Must be available to work weekends and holidays.&nbsp;ABOUT OUTLETS NORTH PHOENIXOutlets North Phoenix provides both locals and tourists with outdoor shopping for name-brand clothing that is both pedestrian and pet-friendly. With over 60 designer brand stores, Outlets North Phoenix is consistently at the top of the itinerary.<h1 class="ql-align-justify">ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Maintain all center equipment and vehicles according to guidelines established by the company. Must be able to change oil,&nbsp;filters, etc., without guidance.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, trash removal and curb sweeping, to the standards set by the company for acceptable maintenance..</li><li>Operating sweepers,&nbsp;scrubbers, and pressure washer.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain a safe and very organized maintenance shop, ensuring certain equipment and supplies are easily accessible and in good repair.</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the center.</li><li>Maintain the misting system – replacing mister heads when not spraying properly.</li><li>Interacts professionally with the public, vendors, and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works· in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Insure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures.</li><li>Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE<ul><li>One year of semi-skilled maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties required</li><li class="ql-align-justify">High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)</li></ul>&nbsp;CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Valid Driver's License</li></ul>&nbsp;Outlets North Phoenix&nbsp;is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion. The Outlets North Phoenix is hiring&nbsp;Full-Time Security Officers&nbsp;to patrol the grounds and provide a safe shopping experience. If you have experience as a Security Officer, this may be the right opportunity for you! <h1>SUMMARY</h1>Patrols the grounds and buildings of the Shopping Center. Performs a variety of tasks while working under general supervision. Reports any suspicious activity. <h1>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Protects the property both on foot and by vehicle, being visible and observant at all times.</li><li>Maintains the security cellular phone and professionally responds to all calls for service within the Center.</li><li>Ensures the safety, comfort and satisfaction of the shopping public by always exhibiting a professional and helpful attitude.</li><li>Ensures critical areas of the property are being monitored.</li><li>Maintains complete knowledge of all security operations, policies and procedures.</li><li>Documents security activity using appropriate corporate and center security forms, always ensuring the work product is concise, accurate, and thorough.</li><li>Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in implementing the center's Security work plan, assigned work activities, projects and programs.</li><li>Performs all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.</li><li>Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in training new security personnel.</li><li>Complies with all Corporate and Security policies and procedures that pertain to the Center.</li><li>Establishes and maintains working relationships with store managers and employees on an on going basis to enhance the security and safety of all employees and the general public.</li><li>Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.</li></ul>&nbsp;EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE<ul><li>High school diploma or its equivalent.</li><li>2 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.</li></ul>&nbsp;Outlets North Phoenix is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
